Enjoying your summer? We hope so. Going to the beach? We’re sure you are. Heading to lots of BBQs? Yea, that’s definitely on the list. What about practicing some basketball drills by yourself? Yea, you’re probably not, but you should. Don’t worry, it’s half way through summer which means you have a lot of time to get outside and practice some drills that will make you better on the court.
Focusing on your summer basketball drills will help you react better and use your natural court presence during the game when all you have is a split second to make a decision. All you have to do is dedicate an hour day and you’ll feel the difference on the court. (If you can dedicate more time, then you’ll see even more improvement.) When you practice, you gain advantage over the competition. Remember that when you want to quit.
